IMPORTANT CHANGE! World Wide Knitting in Public Day

Let’s celebrate knitting
We have decided to merge our event with the WWKIP event sponsored by the Knitting Guild of Riverside. The events unfortunately landed on the same day and since our goal is promote knitting and needlework in general, the board felt that purpose could best be served by having one event. Here’s the new infomation:
June 13, 2009
Canyon Crest Towne Centre,
between Miyako Japanese Restaurant and Super Nails
Time: 9AM to noon
Date: June 13, 2009
Bring your chair, knitting, water and sunscreen.

How did the knit in public go?? Lots of knitters showup? Anything new going on out there? I’m just full of question because I’m all the way across the country wondering what is happening. love to all!!!!!
